The Graduate School of Management and Economics (GSME) at Sharif University of Technology was established in 1999 with the aim of identifying and educating top students who are interested in continuing their studies in the fields of management and economics. It is expected to see our graduates as high quality managers at different executive and economical positions of the different types of business and industrial sectors of our country. We also anticipate having some other graduates as high quality researchers of applied and basic research projects in management and economics. The GSME?s vision is to become the main Iranian research and educational center in the fields of management and economics , and to become a shining star among management and economics schools in Asia and Middle-East and to obtain a high ranking among the top 10 business schools of Asia. The school intends to achieve this objective; by the collective effort of our faculty members, through attracting and recruiting professors and instructors with the highest research and educational backgrounds, selecting the most industrious and talented students, applying the newest and richest scientific references, extending collaboration with the top universities in Iran and abroad, and implementation the most recent educational methods, with the support of organizations in public and private sectors.
